As we wrapped up 2024, the Hammerulo family came together to celebrate in style, reflecting on a year filled with accomplishments, milestones, and groundbreaking ideas.
Held in the vibrant Bonifacio Global City, Manila, the event brought together our team and management for an evening of joy, gratitude, and connection.
It was a chance for everyone to take a well-deserved break, enjoy delicious food, and a lively program. The evening was a reminder of the incredible teamwork and shared vision that drives everything we do at Hammerulo.

The AI Idea Competition
One of the most exciting initiatives this year was the AI Idea Competition, designed to inspire innovative thinking and problem-solving within our team. More than just a call for creativity, the competition aimed to engage all team members with the potential of AI, help them develop their AI skills, and encourage them to think about real-world solutions using AI.
Employees were encouraged to submit their AI-driven solutions for real-world challenges by the end of November.
Why We Built “The Judge”
The idea behind “The Judge” was born from Hammerulo’s mission to weave AI into every aspect of our operations while showcasing its potential in a creative, hands-on way. But just as importantly, it was about experimenting and having fun with AI in an unconventional and engaging way.
Eric, one of our Senior Partners and the mastermind behind “The Judge,” shared:
“The competition showcased how AI can evaluate ideas objectively and efficiently. It also reflected our broader commitment to integrating AI into all aspects of our operations, while keeping the experience fun and inspiring for the team.”
Judging was conducted in advance using “The Judge”, a custom AI model developed by Hammerulo’s management team. This AI-powered evaluation system was created to explore how AI can handle complex tasks like assessing creativity and innovation. The entries were judged on criteria such as originality, feasibility, and impact.
The winners of the competition were announced at the year-end celebration, making the evening even more memorable.
And the winners are…
Creative excellence was celebrated with prizes for the top three ideas:
- First Place: Emmanuel Ramos – “AI-driven system for client invoicing and time-tracking” A comprehensive platform for automating invoicing, expense tracking, and predictive cash flow management.
- Second Place: Nak Llantada – “AI-Powered Customer Support System“
A cost-efficient, analytics-driven solution to enhance customer satisfaction. - Third Place: Richelle Ariaga – “AI-Driven Employee Assistance System“
A practical tool to streamline HR support and employee engagement.
