Logistics Data Analyst (Advanced Excel / Reporting)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for analysis of freight contracts across modes, equipment types, and carriers, to uncover areas of opportunity and mitigate financial risks.
• Identify solutions and execute to drive results.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Provide analysis and interpretation of information regarding logistics cost components.
• Gather data, provide analysis, and evaluate results to determine best solution to solve a problem. 
• Analyze financial transactions data to find patterns, trends, inconsistencies.
• Investigate, research, and resolve outstanding disputed invoices.
• Audits & correct disputed invoices submitted by internal and external customers.
• Identifies root cause of billing disputes, reports process deficiencies and recommends process improvements to create efficiencies and reduce errors.
• Analyzes invoices for billing accuracy, works with internal teams to ensure that revenue is applied correctly to invoices.

 

What you bring to the team:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Logistics Data Analyst position
  • ·Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in logistics, freight, or transportation management.
  • Keen interest in logistics management work.
  • IT Proficiency in office applications such as Microsoft.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently and closely with internal and external parties.
  • Those who can start soon would be an advantage.
  • Able to start as soon as possible.
