We are looking for a Marketing Data Assistant who has a passion for all things data and marketing. A candidate who can provide support to the analytics team in building reports, help in social/digital monitoring, can conduct informative research, and good at English communication and writing. As part of our team, you’ll be involved in various client projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring campaigns across digital channels to measure performance and success.
- Supporting analysts in crisis management monitoring and reporting.
- Supporting analysts in content tagging.
- Supporting analysts in SEO tasks such as KPI and keywords monitoring, and link building.
- Working on social media community management.
- Conducting research and identifying trends, conclusions, marketing, and strategic insights.
- Learning to use various platforms for data pulls (social media, email, website analytics, CRM programs, e-commerce, and more).
- Supporting the analysts on any projects to uplevel the analytics practice, including the implementation of analytical tools, techniques, processes, and frameworks.
- Staying up-to-date on analytics news and trends, and sharing these with the team.
- Participating in team brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a similar marketing strategist or marketing analytics role
- 1 year of experience developing data insights and creating reports
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – whether presenting to colleagues, drafting emails to clients, or participating in brainstorming sessions
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage deadlines
- Strong research skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of people across multiple accounts
- Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques
