through creative storytelling and thoughtful, purpose-driven engagement. We’re proud to be long-standing partners to brands like Google, Target, Netflix, Meta, HBO, Delta Air Lines, and Dos Equis and have offices in NYC and LA.
We are looking for a Contract Production Designer to work alongside our team on an as-needed basis. This designer should have proven professional experience executing final print and digital files. They will work directly with Graphic Designers on the team, who will provide approved design work for the Production Designer to create final files for print production and digital media, according to specifications provided by the designers and media
partners/vendors.
We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills, exceptional organization and communication, and meticulous attention to detail.
Sample Responsibilities
- Create final print and digital files based on artwork provided by a Graphic Designer or Art Director.
- Work across a large variety of print and digital application formats. This could entail anything from large format printed graphics to die-cut or laser-cut substrates to an array of small digital banner ads
- Ensure optimized quality across all print file and digital files by understanding and adhering to all file requirements/specifications (checking resolutions, color and size accuracies, margins, use of bleed/trim lines, CMYK vs. RGB, spot color and process, a vector or a raster, material selections, responsive design formats, etc).
- Must be able to accurately work within the Imperial measurement system (using feet and inches)
- Take a single approved artwork asset and roll it out across a large volume of different layouts for digital media buys or OOH placements
- Work with our internal team (designers, account managers, producers) to understand the scope of work on each project, estimate how much time it will take to execute and deliver final print and digital design files, and create a timeline that can be adhered to for that
- Quickly develop a deep understanding of a brand or campaign’s graphic system and be diligent in following it in the creation of related assets
- Triple-check all provided assets to ensure nothing is missing and all are at the quality required. Speak up when provided files and assets are not sufficient for high-quality production
- Troubleshoot and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production prep
- Provide image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation as needed
- Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners
- Collaborate and communicate with vendors/partners, potentially uploading files directly to their systems for production.

- Have excellent project management skills—tracking and communicating deadlines and anything needed to meet them
- Show stellar time management and follow through
- Remain poised and highly efficient while juggling multiple projects and requests
